What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring completed new patient intake forms, driver’s license and all insurance cards. It is the patient’s responsibility to keep us informed of all insurance changes.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept insurance at our Williamston location only. We are in network with most insurance companies. Please call to discuss your specific insurance benefits. We also encourage you to call your insurance company directly to understand your benefits.
Do you offer packages?
Yes, we do offer packages!

How does chiropractic help my health?
Chiropractic care is about much more than back pain. By restoring proper alignment and motion to the spine, adjustments help reduce pressure on the nervous system – the body’s main communication network. When your spine and nervous system function optimally, every system in your body can perform better. Many patients notice improved sleep, energy, digestion, focus, and overall resilience to stress. Do you accept walk-ins?
We accept walk-in appointments for standard chiropractic care in Williamston. We do not accept walk-in appointments at our Birmingham location. We recommend having an appointment.
Is the Ring Dinger® for everyone?
No, the Ring Dinger® is not for everyone. Patients over the age of 65 will not be treated with this technique because of age-related spinal, bone and vascular changes that increase the risk of injury from high-velocity decompression. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We also will not perform this on anyone under 18 years of age. Before we accept any new patients for the Ring Dinger®, they must complete our Pre-Treatment Questionnaire to rule out contraindications. We also perform an extensive exam and history at each appointment. Scheduling an appointment is not a guarantee of treatment. Safety is our top priority!
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! Both Dr. Zimmerman and Dr. Denning are currently accepting new patients. We’d love to help you get started – simply schedule online or contact our office, and our team will guide you through the quick process.
Can I videotape my Ring Dinger®️?
We do not allow anyone to videotape their visit. We are happy to record your visit for you and provide that footage to you.

Which location provides the Ring Dinger®?
Both of our locations, Williamston and Birmingham, offer the Ring Dinger®.
Can a baby be adjusted?
Yes! Babies can absolutely be adjusted – safely and gently. Chiropractic adjustments for infants use very light pressure, similar to what you’d use to test the ripeness of a tomato. These gentle techniques help support proper nervous system function, ease tension from birth, and can assist with issues like colic, latching, or sleep. Dr. Zimmerman is pediatric trained to ensure every adjustment is both safe and comfortable. We even adjusted our own babies after birth!
